Falcon earrings for sure. Not only does it give a higher damage output but it gives two chances for crits and is useful for metal slime enemies. Earrings are definitely the best weapon for her.

No, seems good. My main team had all the girls too.

She gets significantly more strength. Give her Falcon Knife Earrings and she's unstoppable. She has a higher crit rate too. And I think she has the third highest health in the game, behind the Hero and Ragnar. She's by no means squishy.
