Inspired by this post >>7072367 I am now trying to figure out what the hell my childhood CRT was that I played countless hours of the first Ratchet & Clank on.
So far I've narrowed down:
>99%+ sure it was Emerson brand
>Black case, rounded tube
>Small, I want to say between 9”-14”
>Built in VCR (never did work on mine)
>Headphone jack in the front
>Composite video, mono audio only
>Had an Energy Star logo on the front
So there's a bunch that meet these criteria but I remember one detail which might help distinguish it though
>It’s buttons for channel and volume were shaped like rounded arrow heads/triangles, with the fat ends facing each other (so it’d look like this: <> <>) and they had bumps on them for texture
If this rings a bell, let me know. I’m not exactly going to go out and get one again, but it’d be nice to see a picture of one after so long.
