If you want fighting games with weird characters I would say Tobal 2 is one option. Its got 200 playable fighters ranging from standard akira toriyama character to the middle section of a totem pole. Its not the best fighting game and its japanese ps1 exclusive but it has a english patch so that cool.

Also you could just use MUGEN to download whatever the fuck you want and have a infinite number of weird battles that are all horrifically unblanced.
