I have one of these.

It's pretty neat I think. The light gun works really well surprisingly. That and the "genesis" controller as one of those sticks that screws in the center of the d-pad. I actually use that thing on my Master System, since it screws into my Master System controllers too. I get more use out of the tiny piece of plastic than I do the system.

Overall, it's neat to have one, especially since they're not as readily available after the big court issue. I got it at a flea market for $1, so I can't really complain.

I got this for $1 USD at a flea market yesterday morning. I recalled seeing pics of these online, but wasn't entirely sure what it was. Judging by the famicom cart slot underneath I assumed it was another Fami-clone. Also didn't know if it worked, but for a buck, why not.

"Super Joy III"

The console itself looks like a N64 controller. The analog stick doesn't move, it's just for display. C buttons are now two sets of B and A, while A/B is now Select/Start. Start button resets the console. There's a power switch and a DC cable in where the R button should be, and AV cord in where the L button should be.

Also came with a 6 buttom genesis/megadrive controller with a little stick that screws into the center of the d-pad. Works surprisingly well actually. Light gun also works perfectly, better than my nintendo zapper (weird.)

Both controllers use the standard genesis/atari/etc plugs. The console itself has a removeable battery pack where the rumble packs etc should go. Takes 4 AA batteries, and does actually work; meaning this is/was good for car trips if you car had a tv back in the day.

More pics coming.
