Is the Neo Geo AES worth the high price?

Really tempted to buy one at tax time. Do those magic key mvs to aes adapters cause any compatibility issues? Would just buy mvs but I don't have the space or time for that.

I literally felt sick to my stomach.
Does everything truly happen for a reason or did I strike the fuck out? I'm beating myself up about there one here guys...
She had a few games that were worth $1,000 each (according to a few neo geo articles I read online)
