"The Express Elevator To Hell" from Master Levels is probably my least favorite opening to any official DOOM level (though I've only played a few Master Levels so it might get worse by the end of the pack).
>chaingunners on all sides and if you don't kill them they will continue to fire at you even if they can't hit you, just so they can hit you the moment you do get close enough before you can hit them
>a gate that closes on you and the only way to progress is to wait 30 seconds, literally a time gate you just stand there waiting
>all the shotgun ammo seemingly in the entire map is on this starting area and you are FORCED to walk over it to get from floor to floor, even if you have 48/50 shells
It's the fucking worst I am going to burst a blood vessel
