It is an art style at the same time. It is distinctly different from other country's animation in how it usually looks.

Anyway, up through the PSX era anime themed cartoons were so cool, so exotic and rare. Seeing adverts for Tales of Destiny really got me pumped for it since the art style was like not much else around at the time. It's kind of sad that nowadays they have flooded the market and are not only nothing special, are boring since there's so many.

I enjoy retro games, but I'm getting bored with playing them by myself. All my friends are usually more into the modern stuff (thats cool, whatever) and it just feels like I have no one to play with/discuss the game with.

Are there any good retro game communities? /vr/ is pretty cool, but something with more interactive userbase? Like chatroom with streaming game play that people can talk about while shooting the shit?

If there isn't, anyone in /vr/ interested in such a site? maybe we can set up some room/servers
