Webm related (kind of - it is the PS1 version). Supposedly you can get the PC version running on modern hardware but there seems to be some arcane magic required to get the exact combination of settings to make it work which has so far it has eluded me.

I wonder how the PC version can be pushed but alas i've never managed to get it working. Supposedly a specific version of dgvoodoo lets it run but the game just crashes when trying to load the main menu so i've never found out.
