/vr/ - Retro Games

I've been burning dreamcast games recently, and some games work great everytime, shenmue, resident devil code veronica, sonic adventure 2, etc. Some games like sonic adventure and the jojo's fighting game will not work for whatever reason

I got both of them to work once yesterday, but now they won't work whatsoever, "please insert a game disc"

Any way around it? I tried with a different rip of sonic adventure (at least as much as I can tell it was a different rip) and it still didn't work. I did a pot tweak and that didn't make much of a difference.
