Why has nobody made a Doom Mod where you play as the Postal Dude?

Most of his weapons already exist in some form, the ones that don't would be exceedingly easy (other than the ricochet rocket and bouncy napalm thing, though they're still possible), people already make sprites for weapons from games that use 3D models like CoD and Halo, a playerskin would be piss easy, and implementing his one-liners would be a piece of cake.
