There are not. The gamecube outputs digital RGB over the multi-av out which is then converted to component video via a chip inside the official component cable. So far this chip has not been cloned.

I'm aware, but I already have the Component cable and can get 480i RGBS and 480p RGBHV from that to use with the Megaview and/or PC monitors for the latter.

Just enabling RGB for 480i requires a lifted pin and resistor, paired with any standard Nintendo av cable; 480p requires 2 wires for Horizontal and vertical sync. Having them terminated in BNC connectors would be optimal, but RCA would be more aestetcially pleasing, I feel.
What I'd like to do is install a switch that goes between having the pin connected to its standard position and the resistor.

It's the D-Terminal version, so completely replacing the cable wouldn't be too bad, but I'd like to keep it as standard as possible in that regard.
