Depends on what you mean. Do you mean like a video game which is the closest thing to it's material in aesthetics and theme? Then it would just be Deadly Premonition. Do you mean a game which achieves a similar sort of impact on it's medium as Twin Peaks did for it's medium? Then it can't be Deadly Premonition, because being such a blatant imitation is innately untrue to what Twin Peaks was doing.

If we're going with the latter definition, then I elect Majora's Mask. It's a game people still talk about 20 years later, and it achieves a similar sort of atmosphere where the main plot revolves around a heavy subject while the subplots become more prominent then the main plot. It promotes a similar atmosphere of prying into the lives of many different people, while it's mysteries are still talked about 20 years later.

Got this the other day for $7, I don't like Zelda much but the price was too good to pass up. It's actually not so bad. I just got to Great Bay though so I think I'm about to hit a wall.
