Not yet, it should be capable of sending 15hz signal but not natively (only 31hz). Get CRTemudriver (look up a guide) to make it work and set up Super Resolutions with it and Retroarch. Also unless you are using a vga monitor you should get a VGA2Scart adapter (or component) to actually connect it to the crt
