The way FF5 develops over 3 maps was fantastic. From here onwards maps will be worse. Travelling around inf FF5 was fun.

FF3 is another game with a fantastic map, it puts a lot of attention to making every location feel different.

I think mapping is an underrated aspect of jrpgs.
