that's good to know, I couldn't find anything about DSR working through the analog video interface on today's GPU's ( or is your fw900 hooked up via DVI?)

I just tested out streetfighter x tekken on my relatively underpowered 550 ti and it was able to output 2K resolutions at 60+ fps with no problem, at 4K things were a little chuggy at 40fps

also with Intel and ATI announcing that they are dropping support of analog VGA interfaces, makes me wonder just how long these monitors will be usable on a technical level with newer operating systems and games. (not to mention GPU hardware)

of course there's always adapters, but I doubt any of those HDMI to VGA adapters support superwide resolutions, like the HD fury Pro (I've only heard that it supports 1080p max. but I don't know for sure).
