I've seen stores selling new sealed official ones (the semi transparent blue ones).

So I just realised I have like 4 VMUs, but I've never really used them for anything other than memory cards.

What kinda cool shit can you do with VMUs? I know there was some kinda Chao minigame or something, but what's the coolest shit they do, or just neat things about them in general?
