I was obsessed with this game when I was 10, even made my own boardgame version with my Heroquest play set. Any other Roguelikes for consoles you enjoy, none of that ASCII ugly shit for permavirgins.

Is this worth finishing? I love roguelikes, and I really enjoy the visuals and sound effects, but the game is pretty slow and sorely lacking in variety. Has anyone here played through it? I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on the full package.
