Why did we never get anything -just- like it again?

My actually autistic big brother used to play the original prince of persia religiously when we were kids, and since he was feeling sad or depressed (it's hard to tell sometimes) I hooked up prince of persia 2 for him a few weeks ago (this is like, 15 years later) , he didn't even know there was a sequel.

So, now that he's beaten that and is still a little down in the dumps, I'm looking for something similar I could get him, any recommendations?

There can't be reading required since he doesn't speak or understand english at all.
I'm not that familiar with old PoP games but I guess that level of puzzles is about his limit, he fucking slaved over PoP 2.

what is the best retro game and why is it pic related?

Probably not the most ports, I just know it has a fuck ton. This game comes to mind.
