Don't put it off! 4 is my personal favorite at least thus far. It's an awesome game but it's awesome in a lot of ways that DQ3 isn't, and vice-versa.

Same here, I can't wait to get to it. Part of me is interested in a suuuper long DQ, the other half dreads it. Can't agree on VIII being boring though, I couldn't be more into it since I'm playing as I write this post.
