I want to get into the original wizardry series and I saw there are like a shit ton of ports for the first three games.

I heard the snes version isnt too bad but the controls are terrible. Then there is the Sega Saturn version but I have never heard anything about that one. It just looks like the technically most advanced version.

Or should I just get the original Apple II/C64 version?
