Wow, it's fucking nothing.
All stuff we've know for a while, Treasure is not dead, they're a group of freelance developers that usually work for other companies and work on Treasure every now and then, usually under contract by major publishers.

The only thing that's translated on the virtual console version are the menues, the rest of the game has still the same english audio and japanese subtitles of the original release.
(the game controls better with the N64 controller than the GC or wii classic one)

It's official art, that picture was taken from the official S&P site at nintendo.co.jp I believe.
it's also on the back of the game manual.
