That early?! Jesus. It was always safe to assume YI was in development by 1993 because of pic related, but the idea of Nintendo doing something this experimental so early in the console's life is insane. You would expect the art style to have evolved more by 1995 if that's the case.

There's no sign of actual Donkey Kong anywhere in the files though, right? It seems kind of random for them to make a new DK game, but it would make sense of the hanging mechanic (which they saved for the Ukiki in Yoshi's Island). Where DK '94 fits into that theory, I don't know.
