They should have taken inspiration from the PSP version instead, maybe just turned it to pixel art to match the aesthetics. The PSP Chaos does way more justice to the original NES sprite.

Are you trying to imply the iOS versions look anything like the classic chibi style? Cause they don't, at least nowhere near as well as the PSP versions of 1/2/4.

I have an urge to replay the older Final Fantasy games. Problem is, there are so many remakes/remasters that I wouldn't know which to go with.

So when should I play the original and when should I play a remake? And which remakes give the best experience?
