It's fantastic! i'm really enjoying the party mechanics and puzzles, though they seem to be pretty easy- it seems like most of the challenge of the game is through trying to figure out the ideal way to do things right the first time, "oh, i should have brought x y and z characters here and brought these items..." combat is fun too and the enemy art is really entertaining and cool. music is awesome too. i dunno, it's already one of my favorite nes games so far and i've only played it for like 3hours.

Anyway, some progress! a new character appears! more shit to explore! Plot!!!

may have to stop here for tonight though. i don't think i have the endurance for the gauntlet.
