I looked it up because I wanted to know and not only is the bomberman act:zero guy a jap designer, but it's some guy named Hisashi Kubo who's been around for ages doing art/ui/design for games that somehow never actually look enough alike for me to really nail him down, mostly old rpgs. He did do "original art" for elemental gimmick gear which actually has some incredibly neat art around with no credits.

If he did any of this, I'm officially in support of the guy. And in the end it all comes back to the original point anyway with a great art comparison.
