Open the wad for the map you created.
Imprort your MIDI
Rename it to D_RUNNIN
Maybe move it so it isn't somewhere between MAP01 and BLOCKMAP but I'm not sure even this matters.

Should look something like this. If you use different format, the exact composition of map's entries could be different.
