Most of them were, but the Pentium came out shortly before 95 was released. Pentium Pro and up I've only seen shipped with 95+.
The machine on the far right of this pic is a Pentium MMX that had Windows 3.1 when I got it. But splitting hairs is pointless. We agree, Pentium/Pentium II is the core Win 95/98 era.

I think I have the same shitty TV in my basement dungeon setup. Picked it up off the side of the road, I had to clean dirt out of the speaker grille with a paper clip. But the S-video looks pretty good with my Playstation.
I hope you've had a chance to clean up a bit since that pic was taken. I like how you lofted the TV for more desk space, great minds I suppose. And what on earth were you doing with all those vials and shit on the computer desk?

I love having a projector but I definitely don't use it for games, so it's not in my basement. But people who think this looks like a dark, depressing mess have no idea about the pleasures of being cocooned deep underground surrounded by coils of cables and the whir of machines.
