I love the atmosphere of this game, I love high tech settings with blatantly paranormal shit the characters are completely unprepared for, I love the "enemies can never permanently die" idea, I like how the "zombies" kill you by just grabbing you and letting their extremely cold body temperature freeze you to death, I love the gimmick of playing 3 characters at once who start off in different parts of the Mars base and can never get too close to each other for plot reasons. It's just hamstrung by some bad subplots and game design decisions.

I got this for free this weekend on PS1. I haven't had a chance to play it. Is it any good?

Resident Evil clone, but I like it way more than Resident Evil. More interesting setting and plot with the same tank controls and horrible voicework, and it makes me sad that nothing ever came of it.

I liked Martian Gopthic Unification, I even got the Windows working on a 7 machine. The setting is unique and it's got a few interesting ideas, like enemies that never die permanently and controlling 3 characters who can never get too close to each other because of how the "virus" works.

Creepiest thing I've ever played.
