Archvile,even if it's difficult to deal with,when used right he's more fun to fight than the bosses

Lost Souls and Pain Elementals,just not fun to fight,boring overall.

2016 had some good looking ones ,in particular the Revenant,Hellknight and Barons
Others not so much

Eternal has better designs but downgraded the best ones from 2016
