working on the black viper gunners to make them a proper chaingunner-tier threat, so at long range they shoot fat fast bullets that do like 30 damage, and there's a 45% chance of them reloading and firing another one, at close range they do the machine gun attack

I got rid of their slippery dodging though, so there's that at least
