Say, how is Konami doing there? I've been toying with the idea of a Metal Gear mod based after the MSX titles, particularly after that Survive fiasco.

The porting was handled by Ultra Games, well known for making shitty ports and shitty games. They changed things for no good reason, in addition to completely botching up the translation. The graphics are an eyesore as well.

Hey /vr/.

I'm trying to experience this gem on my DS but msxDS 0.94 is giving me a few issues. Two of my roms have incorrect CRCs and I'm trying to find the correct ones with no luck.

I need MSX2EXT.ROM with CRC value 43E7A7FC as well as DISK.ROM with CRC 697EAF4E.

I actually have MSX2EXT with 4A48779C, which is one of two that Popolon says you have to use, but the boot-up screen has the number all in red suggesting it's incompatible.

For DISK I've probably tried six different downloads which all purport to be from the Panasonic FS-FD1a yet none of which seem to be correct.

Anyhow can someone point me in the right direction to find the correct versions?
