Then you even further upset because someone is illegally remarketing an ancient product that is out of reach for many people and thus making it in reach for people.

Why are RPGs in general among the more expensive games? I'm not that big a fan of the genre myself so I'm curious.

For example SNES rpgs. I see games like Earthbound and Chrono Trigger that aren't very rare valued at well over $100. But a game like Soul Blazer that is rarer than those two is well under $100. I haven't played any of these for longer than 30min so maybe I'm missing something?

This seems to be a trend though. That the rarity of the RPG doesn't matter as the main factor in price. It seems like the amount of talk about the rpg is the main factor. Also these Earthbound displays that I see collectors have are a bit disturbing. I get liking a game. But having a shrine to it is odd.

When it was new burners were still expensive and getting the image was not easy.

With over 8million units sold and about 65 million total games sold. Piracy was not an issue.

For reference XBOX One as of last week has sold 4 million more hardware units but over 10 million less games.

I really hope we can put this piracy bullshit to rest now.
