The third SNES fighting game is decent. I like Hard Battle too, but it's not that great. The RPG is so-so, but kinda fun still if you're a Ranma fan. Seems like a missed opportunity though. I wish more games tried to make use of the transformation mechanics. I know the PSX fighting game can have you transform during battle, which is neat even if the game sucks.

it's very likeable indeed, I thought Chougi Ranbu Hen was better than Hard Battle (A game that features that sperg Gosunkugi but not based Kuno to play as.)

Sadly CRH has never been localized in the west.
