The last console of the old guard of the Arcade. That alone was why it died (and the PS2). Damn shame too, because the games were excellent, innovative, and weird. Happy Birthday. Playing Sonic Adventure with my friend Adian is one of my most cherished memories.

As you've pointed out, WCW and Sega were extremely similar in the 90's. Both were fun, innovative alternatives that couldn't outlast the weight of their competitors and their own incompetence.

Things like basically any fantasy games from the 90s wouldn't qualify for this thread because they aren't "90s-y" vibes per se. Unless king arthur had a skateboard or beatboxed or something?

Why do zoomies hate Dreamcast? I, a 1996 millennial, loved my Dreamcast. It was the first console I can remember coming out and I was so sad when PS2 killed it
