I have all three J versions (pic related) but I guess I'm busted. I haven't played all the way through even once - mainly because I haven't yet figured out how to make the V3 one make its notification sounds from the cart speaker which I think it's supposed to do even if the GB is off or e en if the cart is unplugged which is the novelty reason I got the whole set in the first place. If you can read moon and could write a guide for that version of the game's menus I'd be grateful

My 101 is also beat to hell and pink. It came in a pink nylon case, charged with a charger and a half dozen girl games. It was marked $10 at a yard sale and I didn't even haggle. My two 001s I'd picked up for literally pennies. I believe the silver one was 50 cents.

It looks pretty good on literally the exact screen it was designed for too. Also you can put it in your pocket which is another part of their design. What do you need it bigger for when you can put the game boy closer to your eyes? You farsighted?

It's made to be replacable

I've pretty conclusively concluded that SPs are everything any reasonable person could ask for from a Game Boy and for this reason they are over-represented in my personal collection.

That having been said, when I'm feeling unreasonable I find that the Pocket is the most attractive, comfortable and has the best small, low resolution monochrome screen ever to have existed.

I have two 100s and a 101. The thing about the 101's screen is that it looks so modern you feel like you might as well just be playing on a handheld emulator.
