I remember making a cousin of mine cry like a bitch in Vampire Savior EX on the PSONE, it was his birthday to, so i felt kind of bad.

My favorite classic Resident Evil game is the original. I love 2 and 3 but I constantly come back to playing the original game that started the series. My favorite way to play it as the DS version or the PlayStation Director's Cut on a CRT. Since Halloween is coming up, I'm sure I'll play though it once again in honor of the holiday. I also think I am going to try Code Veronica X once again, since I have never fully beat it.

While that may be true, it's not helping anything by posting bait buzzwords. I own almost every version of Resident Evil and I really don't like the alt soundtrack myself. Though, I wouldn't never shit on anyone for liking it. I do bet if you polled everyone who did play it, most find it pretty unappealing. The new basement song is just the worst offender so it became the poster child for the replacement soundtrack. I don't think it helps the composer was a fraud.

Nah, it's the layout, final boss, story presentation, and less memorable parts.
2 is still one of the best games ever made and ranks fairly high in my top 50, with 1 being the best game ever made.

Because I like arcade games, and modern games are not arcade nor do they have that serious difficulty that makes beating it feel like mastering a craft.
