Are all ecelebs straight up lying? I have a Steam Deck and it cannot run Ridge Racers on PSP at a smooth 60. This is a fucking PSP game. No shaders, no filters, native res, etc, etc. It just can't do it.

What are your standards for saying a system "runs perfect" on an emulator? My standard is zero frame drops from boot to shutdown, just like the OEM hardware. Anything else is cope.
