Well, our difference of opinions is exactly the same as the ones in the game. Marche (and my opinion) is that Final Fantasy Ivalice is fake and that they should return to the "real" world and that staying in "fake" Ivalice is unhealthy escapism. Mewt's and most of Marche's friends (and I assume you) feel that Final Fantasy Ivalice empowers them and it's equally as "real" as St. Ivalice and that they want to stay there.

I view it as a grey vs. grey fight, where neither side is inherently right or wrong. The only thing I don't remember, though, was if it was possible for Marche to return to St. Ivalice by himself, or if he had to take everyone back with him. It's been a while since I played.

Also, nice seeing another G Gundam fan outside of /m/
