Im not sure about it, the mood for Q1 just seems abit more creepy and horror movie style and likely wont fit. If you want to play some tracks in a music player independently id suggest that Track 11 would work and also the one from zigurrat vertigo

But from the samples on youtube I heard of the Quake 2 N64 soundtrack those would work PERFECT for either game. Trick is to find a higher quality version.

im going to guess this is like anisoptropy where the more monsters there are and the farther away they are theyll just load lower and lower poly models for them.
I still call bullshit on 100,000 of them because even if you had a Sprite based system with some billboard arms and legs to move around on them it would still bog down after a few thousand. I mean if GZ will bog down on a modern system then even a more efficient game engine wouldn't press too many multiple past that.

You guys do realize that the BFG tracers will hit and deposit their damage into the crowd even if monsters only take one tracer, it will still register?
