My grandparent's had an old Zenith they gave to me and my brother. It was one similar to pic related. I have no idea what was wrong with the thing, but when playing any videogame console on it (SNES, Genesis, PS, or 64) the entire screen bounced. Of course all of those were through RF, so I don't know if composite would have done any differently (I can't remember if it even had composite). The VCR we had worked fine, as did our consoles when hooked up to different TVs.
This is my very limited experience with a Zenith TV, but I thought I would give anyone interested in one a heads up about the thing.
