This theme is excellent, but I heard Pegasus is an absolute pain in the ass to setup.
Are there any alternative frontends that look roughly like this while being easier to manage?
I'm specifically talking about having my screen fully dedicated to a single rom (with its own wallpaper and maybe logo or cover) rather than appearing in a list or gallery.
The only one that comes close is ES-DE but I don't like most of the themes and it's arguably even more annoying to setup.

If there's no way, can I manually manage Pegasus from my device?
I don't have a million roms so I'd be ok with manually adding them to the frontend, select the emulator for each one of them, add pictures from my gallery and so on.
But I'd rather avoid using dedicated sites/software to compile dozens of metadata files on my PC, then install other third party software to scrape shit from a site that requires an account and hope everything works out in the end.
