What the fuck? Are you kidding me? One of THE MOST talented people at Bungie and an extremely important member of the staff leaves the company BEFORE DESTINY IS EVEN OUT because he wants to "tackle new creative challenges".

And then he joins fucking Microsoft? The most cancerous gaming publisher in the industry?

This makes no fucking sense. He should have been just as hostile towards MS back when Bungie was owned by them along with JJ and some other people that didn't like the way they were being treated by Microsoft.

Joe better have a good reason for this. Like his son has cancer and he needs to pay for it's treatment so he took a better paying job or something, because that would be the only thing that could possibly explain why he would do this.
