First three levels were alright. Now on level 4 the game is getting really aggravating.

These natives are annoying sons of bitches. They're supposed to fight with their spears, but actually, they just jump inside of you, causing damage. Attack all you want, you cannot hit them while they are in you. And of course, that stuns you so you get locked in place, and they're generally with friends who also want inside of you.
