The hydrogen peroxide gel worked for me.
The SNES on the right was more yellow than the other one. Done Dreamcasts and a Japanese Saturn doing using it.

>Wait till it gets nearly dry and add another layer.

You might want to get some rubber gloves as ive been told this stuff stings
