Wii is also a bretty gud emulation box. I actually found an already hacked wii at a by-the-pound Goodwill, only thing wrong was a Mario Kart disc stuck inside, had to take the Wii halfway apart to forcibly eject it. But it also probably ensured that the drive didn't get worn out by some zoomer kid.

Hardly the only game, but I have to admit that wagglan didn't help make the games playable. And some games went out of their way to be shit. I tried playing Chocobo Mystery Dungeon and literally could never get to the dungeons because I got stuck in some stupid encounter in the town area.

Rental games could get some abuse too. Rental was also the cause of so many games since the Gen/SNES era missing instructions.
