I have one, yes. I use tags to group notes by console. If the list starts getting big, I create new notes for every genre. It's very convenient.

Actually, it's very easy and quick to do. Finish a game, enter tag, add finished game, give it a rating, write what I liked, disliked about it. Takes maybe a minute for each game/movie/whatever.
