I want to emulate every console, but I also want to play each one with its respective controller. Has any one done this before? How are you supposed to plug these obscure, proprietary male connectors in to a PC?

I remember a friend of mine had a "fat" version of the controller, with shorter side handles, it was absolutely shit. Not surprisingly he always offered it to other people when we played multiplayer games. Iirc it was the third one in the first row in pic related.
