Okay so this is what I feel I should do I got a optoma hd20 and a gaming pc. I plan on getting a 4k projector down the line and I'll just use crt royale. But i'll still use the 8042 for 5th gen and the 8045 for ps2 only since alot of those games are were 480i. Thanks everyone.

Bought a 8042 pvm for 5th generation and below and I bought a 8045 pvm for the 6th generation. Did I do good I got both for 50$ perfect condition inb4 too small I don't mind that.
