I want a computer with S-Video outputs that can run Dolphin at 480p and other emulators at 240p.

I know Dolphin is mostly CPU demanding but is this possible with such low-end cards?
I will also use it to play Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy or Unreal Tournament 99 if possible.

What if I were to use my old i5 with a EVGA GeForce 6200?
