Yes, pic related. 603 is the current page. From 500 to 555 is uniques, organised by item type.
I don't find it too annoying but it is definitely slower. I shouldn't really say that I've collected EVERY drop. I'm sure I've skipped some, but I have picked up most.

My screenshots go back to this time last year with my 1st character and main MFing sorc beating hell durial on 2nd june and getting 4 tp scrolls, shitty poleaxe and shitty crossbow. I did have a break for nearly 4 months though.
